I can't fully recall how my dream started, but I and my brothers ended up on a plane. The plane had all of these colored little levers, and as my big brother started to crash, I snatched controls. To be honest, I just flipped levers a bit here and there until I found something that seemed to work (control of the way the plane's nose was facing, and control of the motor boost or... something). I used this to, well, fail at getting us back into the air for very long, but atleast land us safely. Somehow.
Either way, we landed at this kinda sleazy hotel, and got a room with two young women. Dad may or may not have been with us... Big bro showed me a newspaper excitedly, and it spoke about how the "James Bond attack" went flawlessly. AKA, there were no survivors. I wasn't as excited about this as my brother...
My other brother needed to take out money or something, so we went to a bank with a small stand outside and found that the bank was currently getting robbed. I took an ice cream and strayed out of the bank's way, so I wouldn't accidentally get shot, and bro got his money from an ATM machine. Then they left, so I had to follow them and, back at the hotel, ask for money so I could pay for my ice cream. This took a small while, so looking around the apartment I found a small basement where an old, scruffy dog lay. It had these big black lines that looked like wounds or scars on its back, and shied away as I tried to go to it - it had a collar connected to a chain around its neck.
Then I got interrupted by my family, got my money, and then there's... some stuff involving portals? I'm not that sure what happened, really, but when I came back the others were gone and the two women, well... They seemed ditzy. EXTREMELY ditzy. One had gotten a baby, a boy, and they were talking about how if the other one's turned out to be a boy as well they could swap them. Then the one without a baby went to give birth to one - not willing to stay around for that, I went down to the cellar for the dog. This time, it came over.
I halfly remember it speaking to me, or thinking, or just... Showing. Its wounds were self-inflicted, and it was surprised I had come again. I sat down near it, and it walked over and just lay down in my lap, leaning its tired old head against me. It trusted me now, and I just sat there and hugged it. My family came back and opened the door, so I looked up at them and said: "We're taking him along."
"Of course." dad said. There wasn't any question about this new pet at all. And, well... I can't remember ever removing the poor old thing from my lap, so I just sat like that until the dream ended.
Then I woke up and went back to sleep, but that time my dream was just something about tetris with solar flares in the background so I couldn't fully see what I was doing.

Okay, so there was this guy, and he like... lived in a small house out on this plain, I think. Atleast that's where I remember his house being later on. Anyhow, someone left an egg on his front step. I don't know who or why, but nevertheless there it was. A red egg.
He took care of the egg as well as he could, and then it hatched. Inside was a robot-y baby! Well, atleast it looked kind of like a robot, but that might just be me or the color scheme. It didn't look like a normal baby, though. It had short and stumpy arms and legs, and a fat round little body. Oh, also it could fly, despite having no wings. It had a flame-motif (it either had a little flame thing on its head or some thing that was on fire, but the fire didn't move or anything so...) and seemed a bit... well, moody. Not throwing tantrums or anything, but it seemed a bit constantly annoyed.
Anyhow, after he showed how well he could take care of his new firey baby thing, someone left two MORE eggs on his front step! These two had electricity and ice motifs, the ice baby was just mellow while the electricity one was of a more curious nature.
Anyhow, the man tried to take care of all three babies, and at one point tried to leave the elec/ice babies at home to go on a walk among the rocks and hill and tiny mountain-thing that was behind his house. I think that the fire-baby, now grown up a bit more, ran off to explore that place, and he had to get him back. He came running back later on and found that his other two babies had somehow gotten outside, now flying in circles at a rock near the bottom. He kinda pushed them back toward the house, but ultimately didn't bring them back because he was busy and panicky and trying to help the fire-one with something I don't remember.
The elec/ice babies remained as flying babies for a while longer than the fire one, because they apparently lost their flight abilities as they grew bigger. Thus why they still flew while the fire-one didn't. Anyway, the guy kept taking care of them and stuff. There was some stuff about someone wanting to and sometimes succeeding in kidnapping the kids, probably because I have no idea what they were, but it was more of a Team Rocket thing as he always failed. Even if he succeeded. In fact, I think there were two separate guys trying to do this.
Anyhow, the babies grew up. They became these... kinda small, thin kids. Still looked a bit roboty to me. The electric one seemed to be the one mostly getting into trouble now, and he liked playing in these... small ancient ruins at the entrance to a small forest near the house. You could see the forest from the house, in fact. One day, there was a small mechanical tech-lab thing next to the forest. Yeah, you could just see both when you opened the front door. He got curious and went into the tech-lab on his way from or to the ruins, peeking around inside and getting a leg snared by this... water-octopus-thing? It kinda seemed like jelly, actually.
Anyhow, he kinda panicky tried to fight back but the thing ensnared him completely and rendered him unable to move. Then the tentacles used detached from the octopus, and moved about so it kinda looked like he was stuck in a Like-Like with his head sticking out. Y'know, a transparent Like-Like. Said Like-Like then hopped through a portal with him, putting them in the present day! Or just another universe entiredly!
As he was being dragged around, he saw one of those two guys who always tried to kidnap him and cried out to him for help! His name was Gummy or Gumby or something.
Meanwhile, his family had noticed he was missing and I'm not sure they could get through the portal thingy. Instead, his caretaker-guy had a computer thing that'd let them look at everything through the elec-kid's eyes. This allowed them to see as he got free from the Like-Like-y thing... somehow. But then the OTHER kidnapper guy came and just kinda picked him up and ran off with him before he could recover!
And that's where the dream ends. I'm sure that the elec-kid will be fine!

This dream was AWESOME. It may be of note that the main character looked kind of like this: th01.deviantart.net/fs71/300W/f/2009/350/f/7/__wakfu___Happy_holidays_by_dofus_art.png Except with two of those thingies on his hat and some other differences. It started off with this kid who said they could grind their heels into the ground, then when they jumped it'd be kind of like a kangaroo jump. The other kids made fun of him for it, except for one girl who was intrigued and helpful(they were at a kindergarten or something, with a big plain). With time, it turned out the kid told the truth as they could bounce around however they wanted! The kid and the girl grew up together anyway, and during school the kid learned how to fly. Sort of. He could fly up fairly high, but he couldn't keep it up and started to lower in altitude if he tried it for long. Kind of like a paper airplane. The girl, always willing to help, ended up making this little remote-thing that looked kind of like the one for a toy car or helicopter. Using it, she helped him stay in the air and fly around, and a teacher saw the two as they were getting it to work. He applauded them, and this large poster declaring that the girl had won a price appeared. The flying kid helped finish it, since it was so high up. As he grew older, he also got better at controlling his powers, flying and so on. But this also meant people caught interest in him... After some kind of ceremony, some evil adult guys decided to kidnap him. What followed was a videogame-stage (2 actually), where you had to run away and lose them. I'm actually not sure if they could even be on the roofs or if they were running around below, but you had to always keep moving and you could climb-dash up onto rooftops and stuff, and there were these huge normal-looking trampolines and construction bars such alongside more goofy-looking things like starry oversized bouncy-pillows. After this, the plot gets fuzzy because it turned out my score had been too bad to unlock the third stage of that plot area, and thus I missed 3 stages and would start on stage 3 in the next plot area. Which was in the desert somewhere. So, to avoid spoilers, I played through that stage again. And soon after that I woke up, knowing that the dream I just had was awesome. What you see above, save for the game-part, is just a summary.

Started with me, or some main character, or something, but something happened that attracted the attention of some gang-like people, and I was far from home, but I apparently stole one of their weird go-cart-like vehicles and headed home. ...They were following me, so I think I tried to scare them off by putting two of my family members (that i don't really know) on bottle-rocket-powered seats and having them taunt the pursuers from the air. ...Which is stupid. Anyway, they showed up anyway and there was some kind of battle in which I was thoroughly powerless, and it had a lot to do with vehicles in my front yard. I had to go inside and get, like... sodas or drinks, having something to do with a BATTLE BUTLER I had, and I'm pretty sure he beat the only two people who followed me. But there were more, so the instant we beat those two, another two vehicles showed up. This time, a weird clay/ceramic slab fell down from the sky and just kind of... laid there. I ran inside again to get a drink for my butler, but I heard it shatter. This is when I noticed the difference between ME and my main character. He knew what was going on and I was thoroughly hectic. He got the butler's drink and slowly walked to the front door. When he opened it, there was a raider/gang member looking very threatening, trying to bash open the door, and a tall, ceramic golem behind him, ready to bash him into nothing. Behind them, the sky turned into a swirling space-like mist. So golem kicked raider's ass. The golem sort of exploded into a fine purple powder after that, and I walked outside to admire my house's new location, but immediately died. The explanation was that I breathed the purple mist. If I could, I would have rolled my eyes. I respawned in the house, drank the butler-juice (butler was gone for some reason) and was somehow able to try cleaning up all the purple mist. ...After the drink wore off, I stayed in my house until the rest of it blew away or someone showed up to help. Then I was apparently someone else, going down the street, to find a large pile of some brown/black substance filling an alleyway. They seemed to know that if they PICKAXED it enough, they'd find the petrified body of one of their nearest friends, but they didn't seem to care. So pickaxe pickaxe pickaxe and the "statue" of their friend seemed to be melted into a puddle of silver and gold. They pickaxed some more and... it melted entirely into a puddle of silver and gold. Here, I'm not sure if I split dreams, or something else happened, but I had a more vulgar/enjoyable dream of some kind of army-like regiment, their briefing, and the introduction of a fairy-like character that was strangely more developed than the rest of the characters. But the dead silver statue dream continued before or after that one, with some tall dude showing up to help move the puddle of silver to more thoroughly melt everything. ...It was like a liquid carpet. Also I think my character was female. The statue was of a female too I think. The two pickaxer detectives ( ?) tried to pickaxe the puddle back into their friend's image, but I'm pretty sure the dream just cut off there... Another one during the same sleep was in the format of a Source game. Something about a werewolf-like non-player enemy in a multiplayer game jumping about and firing bouncy wind shears that somehow could follow and kill my entire team. It was annoying. We were in some big ol' base area, and if I went outside, I was confronted by the stuff of nightmare. ...Some dude who looks like my mom's old self-absorbed boyfriend (some scraggly-bearded tall skinny creep-cake with a monotone voice) who was apparently brain-dead with a switchknife that seemed to change sizes every five seconds. Pretty much just ZOMBIE WALKED towards me upon seeing me and caused extreme pain and/or instant death upon reaching me. I think I switched back to the PICKAXE DETECTIVE dream, and my two main characters were in a fenced-in garage-like area with the replenished silver/gold statue of their friend... But the f*cking knife-wielding Chester zombies kept teleporting in, with an accompanying droning VWORP sound. no animation, just POP. One's there, and immediately following me. The character I wasn't controlling didn't seem to pay it any mind while I'm over there freaking out, but I eventually beat it by stealing its size-shifting knife. Played with that for a bit. As more and more started appearing, three showed up at once, and some other character was introduced, but I can't remember farther. ...My night ended with me consciously trying to dream of something else. Dark room. Flashlight. VWORP behind me. Turn. Flashlight illuminates a much more dead and a much more demonic twist on the knife-wielding Chester-zombie's face. Awake in fright. ...I get scared of dumb things.

I was playing Pokémon by the computer, as I tend to like doing. I don't think it was Platinum, but another game (Diamond or Pearl or something) because there were references to pokémon movies and such everywhere. Not in the game itself, but the instruction booklet and such were just littered with them. Everything was going quite alright, but then I met this trainer... Her name was Nokka, and she was a kinda emo-looking girl with long hair. I think she was blocking a path, and I had to talk to her to fight with her.
At first everything went fine. She used grass pokémon and such, for a moment she hopped into battle herself before switching to another pokémon... Then she jumped into battle. I'm not quite sure why, she still had pokémon left... She somehow created a large crevace, a rift between us with many spiked vines. I tried attacking, but the vines kept my Scyther from getting close and I quietly asked her to be careful or she'd fall...
She fell. The game described how she lost her balance and fell into the pit, "like in the russian disco-movie". There was no victory music, no experience points or anything like that. It just cut back to the overhead screen and I kept going.
The forest had gotten much darker and shadier, although I didn't notice. I was upset about Nokka's death, since it was far too adult and I knew she had a brother I would likely have to tell about it all, so I was writing to IRC about it. Until the next random battle...
It started off with just a screen of a piece of ground, with a large crack in it. The music was slow and scary, far unlike any song I had heard in a pokémon game. The text "you used to like the wilderness..." came up, then three pictures (of a diglett and two others, apparently my team) appeared as the game asked "help trainer fight illusions?" or something like that. I actually picked for my pokémon whether or not they wanted to help me fight something that might be part of my imagination! Naturally, I picked yes and it went to the actual battle screen, but the music didn't change. Even though I could see it was a bidoof, rather than "A wild Bidoof appeared!" I got the text "a pink nose...". The bidoof's colors were distorted, black while lighter out at the edges and such, as though it was a ghost. Its eyes were completely white and distorted, and the only colored part was - as stated - its pink nose. I thought it was an illusion or something like that, and fled the battle - now getting very unnerved.
Walking around the forest, I ran into another battle and the same "help trainer fight?" screen came up. I again chose "yes", and sent out all the three pokémon in my team at once to fight three wild pokémon! Two of the wild pokémon were the shady kind, while one was normal. It was a type I hadn't seen before, something like a three-headed Doduo with its head above each other. One of the shadowy ones was the exact same pokémon - its colors were the same, but its heads were hanging and it looked a lot more unsteady, its eyes distorted and looking almost like phantom images of themselves. The difference felt jarring - it was like a zombie of itself! The third wild pokémon, I don't even know what it was. I can only recall a ghosty, zombie-like shape.
... A shape that was on my team as well. Other than Zak, my beloved Scyther who looked like himself, my team had become the same messed-up zombies as those enemies. It wasn't just their looks either, their movesets were messed up to the point that I could no longer tell what they were able to do. Moves I couldn't recognize and had never heard of before... I tried telling them to attack, but only Zak made any visible effort. The shadowy members of the team just stood there, no text saying that they had done the move I told them to or anything. Aside from their targets taking damage, there was no indication they had done anything.
That was when I woke up. Several of the details I only noticed afterward, like the messed-up pokémon not attacking visibly or there being no victory sounds after Nokka's death. One of the details is that I couldn't even tell the names of my own pokémon. I only had 3 pokémon in my team, the other spots occupied with eggs or something, and Zak was the only one I could tell the identity of. The fact I couldn't even recognize my own team, because of the scarring caused by Nokka's death... I believe that is what woke me up.

I don't remember too much. But a dream friend (never seen IRL) told me to go somewhere and I did...
It was some kind of airship or something, I don't even know. Either way, there were dolls that kept trying to shoot at me and other monsters that I had to attack and kill, but all I remember is the "boss" room. It was rather narrow, with a few groups of dolls on the walls and some other enemies. All of a sudden that friend appeared, taunting me about something, revealing himself as a traitor.
He said that those dolls weren't evil (for some reason I hadn't killed them, just sort of stunned them), but brainwashed citizens. There were spike traps in the ceiling above the spots where those dolls had been, and he caused them to slam down into the floor, shattering the dolls. I was... horrified, of course.
I'm not even sure why he did any of it. All I can guess is that he had stolen something... Either way, I attacked him. It took some dashing around the room at times, and the spike traps activated whenever I got too close, but he was a human and I wasn't (at the time). Killing him was rather easy. (We had healthbars and everything and I momentarily messed up on who I was playing at the start.)
It caused the entire place to crash, or so I have to assume. All I know is that when I came to, I was in a huge tree, and there was the corpse of someone else there with me. I thought it was the corpse of that "friend", but I'm no longer sure.
I managed to move down from the tree, leaving the body up there, and went to a nearby town. The people seemed relieved and happy, apparently my friend had bribed them to speak russian (or atleast with russian slang and accents) earlier so I couldn't get any aid from them. The town had a really huge waterfall, but was otherwise one of those old-timey towns.
I was told that my mom was there... I visited her, but there wasn't really anything I could do. That man had been her friend too, and worse... He had killed her brother, one of the most gleeful people I know IRL. She was essentially in shock, badly depressed and mourning. I told her that the friend was dead now, that his body was in the large tree outside of town, but she didn't want to go look at it and just murmured something akin to "maybe later".
Things went back mostly to normal, but it took a while and mom didn't fully recover from her brother's murder. At some point, I had to return to the town to look for or prevent something, and mom sent along one of my own brothers to make sure nothing would happen to me.
We met the "friend" again there, he was out to steal... evidence of the previous crime? I don't know, it was all rather vague. He ran through the waterfall and managed to steal a bunch of papers and run away, documents with info on himself, although he shouted at the mayor to allow him an account on Amazon as he fled. The mayor, bafflingly, agreed to this but said he should probably not sell stolen stuff on there.
That's the last thing I remember... I'm really not sure why his personality changed like that, but nothing about his comic-relief-like behaviour the second time was enough to redeem him. He killed helplessly brainwashed civilians with a flick of his wrist just to get under my skin, tried to kill me, and murdered my friggin' uncle for literally no reason! All in a cold, cruel way, making his own evilness obvious. But I'm sure it was his body I saw near me in the tree... so was it someone else? Hmm, that could be an interesting little plot thread.

oh man contributing.
Dream started off with a reunion-thing of my old school, at what was supposed to be a beach with HUGE sand-dunes and sandcastles. Problem was that literally nobody could find each other. I got tired of that, so I left because I had to buy foodstuff for a family party. On the way to the store I somehow broke my jaw so I had to write everything I wanted to order down. The store had all these 'oh man oh man so f*cking tasty'-things, but the personnel was super rude.
The dream timeskipped here and I was now at the party ( with a healed jaw! And food! ) which took place in a weird combination of both my grandparents' houses. I somehow befriended an invisible crow called Carl along the way. There was apparently some sort of monster dwelling around the place, and I had to exorcise it. Me and my crow bro tried to take it down and were apparently succesful. It turned into a sticker and stuck to the wall, so I went to take it down.. But it was a trap, and the monster returned in full-power form.
The whole family had gathered by now, and stuff involving crosses was done. Because a bunch of family members ( including myself ) weren't actually believers ( one of them thought the large flashing blue lights upstairs were because a DJ was playing upstairs :U ) the whole thing failed... I didwhat anyone would've done, bolt out of there! A car was waiting for me, with 3 of my friends in there, for some reason dressed up like KISS-members, and... Jesus?! He was also dressed up like a KISS-bandmember. We drove off through a post-apocalyptic version of my hometown into a giant adult-version of an indoor playground I visited when I was younger and went to a whiskey bar there.. And then the dream ended.
Also, I had a Z-shaped thing on the inside of my wrist all of a sudden when I woke up. Huh.

I had a game dream!
It was my big bro wanting to show me a game he'd made when younger, it was a sprite game with really detailed sprites, 2D. You started off playing a girl in what was evidently an all-girls camp or something, with the lights off and everyone in bed and a teacher checking on them with a flashlight. Not at ease with the meager amounts of guarding the teacher provided, the girl you control heads out of bed while the teacher doesn't see and has to avoid being caught by the flashlight as she heads off to look for the threat on her own.
And apparently, she was right; Once away from everyone you find UFOs just hovering around, shining spotlights at the ground (nothing happens if you go through these aside from your sprite being more visible). Once the player is done looking at the UFOs, and managing to destroy one (possibly with rocks) and I'm pretty sure they found some aliens too, they return to camp only to find that the majority of the beds are now empty and the teacher's frantically running and checking each bed. The player girl hid in her bed and pretended to sleep, as she did last time the teacher checked on her, causing the teacher to skip over hers (even though her two bed mates were missing). Not sure what this did other than notify the teacher that yes, player!Girl is still alive.
Once the teacher leaves, player!Girl goes off again... Along with two other girls who evidently survived. The three end up at a dark little room with a rope that can be raised or lowered down into a lit room there's a big square hole in the floor to. The rope was kind of a minor puzzle (it was no longer treated as a game by this point) as they all wanted to go down, but they didn't want the rope to stay lowered so aliens could climb up and get to the camp, though eventually they decided "eh screw it" and left it low.
What followed after that was a long sequence of trying to stay hidden and defeat aliens without being seen and caught. Since they were kids, thus having no real body strength nor any weapons, this meant resorting to stuff like tying a rope like before around someone's neck and dragging them into the air with it or pulling their chair backward so it toppled over (which at least dazed them). We never saw a trace of any other girls.
Eventually we managed to get to the edge of the island we were evidently at, where tiny little boats lay anchored. Here we split up; Me and my bro in one, my big bro in the other (their identities were by this point skewed to be me and my siblings as kids). The boats were just too small to hold three people. Big bro went off in the wrong direction, though, toward cliffs and a rock wall to find "bonuses". I don't think I and bro wanted to really follow.
I can't remember much after that, big bro finishing the game and seeing how I liked it, but I can't remember anything about how it ended or anything after the boat scenario with me and bro floating in our boat not knowing what to do.
In a smaller follow-up dream though, someone showed me a clip from the same game, asking if I'd seen this game. I was delighted and went "yeah bro showed this to me!", leaving the clip on as I enjoyed the dark music that played throughout the whole scenario (the whole GAME according to my mind but er...). This clip was during some sort of boss rush, player!Girl fighting a fat twisted variant of Megaman, then moving on to the next room to fight another boss, and so on. Large monsters or twisted monster-y pop-culture references. Still can't recall her having any weapons, and I don't know how she defeated them, but what was notable now after the fact was that player!Girl was alone. I can only assume that this was later in the game, or the player was careless and got his friends killed, but I was dead certain that this was part of the game proper (not a special mode) and didn't consider them bad or cruel despite the other girls missing, so probably the former.
So either this player!Girl was the one who split away, or we could never find her again and tried to get to safety, only to lose each other...
From what I can recall, player!Girl has ridiculously long, unkempt hair with a dark blue-purple-ish color, looking like it was colored with water colors. Not sure about her clothes, but they were all dressed similarly so probably a school uniform of some kind. Very young, possibly 8-10 years old?
The aliens had all shapes and forms, including creepy-looking adults just sitting around a table in the darkness, drinking tea and laughing darkly at their (kind of incomprehensible) conversation. ... Or we killed creepy-looking teachers, whoops. I'm fairly sure they were monsters disguised as humans though.

Somehow, in the same dream, I was batman, a dragongirl, and me. Though I think it was in the order of me being me, then a dragongirl, and then batman... And then I think the nostalgia critic appeared at some point. In the middle of me fighting to take a city back as a dragongirl batman! ...From invaders from another dimension. And I think my dad turned up at some point and turned against me. And I thinkt here was a massive universe-spanning organization at some point that was taking the world over. And a spaceship that lead to another reality, that was the last bastion of human hope. But I think that came before i was batman. Or a dragongirl. And during the fight there were a bunch of kids in a schoolbus that needed protecting, but were smart enough to defuse a bomb themselves by... Taking a gun from the busdriver and shooting at a roof to cause it to come down and land on a support tower, causing the support tower to fall into the ground and explode. And then the nostalgia critic appeared having an argument with his real-life counterpart about the new show. While the entire city was in a war around them. And there was more to the dream, but the random flashes left over in my memory provide no context.

Outside of a run down set of apartments on a sunny day. I am kneeling down in front of a large suitcase. I am on the part of the sidewalk that leads to a door that is currently open or just non existent. Inside is a hallway that runs the length of the building and every once and a while people cross the hall or walk down it. I am only a few feet from the door and facing it. In my suit case is some random clothes, cash small bills, and a hand gun pushed all the way to the back. The suit case is open the flap is resting on my arms so no one else can see in.
I am moving clothes and cash around trying to look busy. Also I'm not wearing a shirt. Two cops (both white male) walk by on the sidewalk behind me and nod to me I lower the flap a bit and nod back, they keep walking. A few minuets later I reach into the suitcase and grab the pistol and cock it making sure a round loads. As I do this a cop car pulls up on the street in front of the building so he is off to my left side, I toss the gun quickly into the suitcase as he gets out of the car and keep my hands away from me and the suitcase. This cop is black and his hand is on his gun he speaks with a bit of a getto accent "That right there is how ya get your ass shot!" Clearly he didn't see the gun since he hadn't drawn his. I ask "Can I get out my wallet, it's right here in my right pocket." <cop> "Yeah you should probably do that." He is clearly not happy. I get my wallet and give him my concealed carry license. His entire demeanor changes "Oh so you play on this side, that's cool."
He walks past me into the hallway and into one of the rooms. As soon as he enters the room two guys enter the hallway from another room with guns drawn. They are further down the hall and hide up against the wall waiting for the cop to walk out. The cop walks out facing and his back to the guys with guns, they are aiming at his back and not his head. There is a smile on his like he knows whats about to happen. I reach for my gun...
I was woken up at this point, right at the good part of course!
