www.megaupload.com/?d=0U2NC4G6Just a sample, possibly halloween inspired (maybe). I played around with finger positions until I came up with the primary sound of this. The second sound is a simple bass line with a wah effect. The third sound is a little series of notes, made to echo and the pitch is turned down on it, so it comes off as a deep rumble, to make it seem as if the ground itself is opening up. (..It's my first song ever.. I tried. DX) ( In case you're curious, I play on an Ibanez GSR 200, light gauge ((.40 - .100)) D'Addario strings, part of the Extra Life series. They're colored red, called "Red Devils." Everything else is stock. Standard tuning, plugged into a 22w Fender SP.10 amp ((non-bass amp)) 120v, 60Hz, eight inches ((maybe)) with the amp plugged directly into the microphone socket of my laptop. This was played with a pick, and recorded and edited in Audacity 1.3 beta ((might be a bit outdated.)) ) --Edit: I forgot to put it on here due to how excited I am--

www.megaupload.com/?d=ZYH6U0ELI tried to make this as good as I could, but.. You'll hear some things come in before others- mainly the "Rhythym" and "bass tracks." First noise you'll hear is the rhythym track, which is the main thing you'll hear, it's just bar chords. Second noise you'll hear is the bass track, which is made up of deeper, more harsh sounding singular notes made to add up with thr rhythym track. Third and Fourth things you'll hear are the back-up tracks, which come into ear shot when the rhythym track has its notes turned into ringing notes (notes being held for an amount of time) and the last track is the noise track, which is an angry riff with the pitched deepened and wah applied. You'll know it when you hear it. Lastly, I applied fade-in and fade-out to the beginnings of the ryhthym and bass tracks and at the end of every track except for the noise track- this just rings until the end and is pretty inaudible by the end. I wanted to try my hand at a boss theme and this was the result. I'm happy with it.

www.megaupload.com/?d=4XLSG13GTrack name: "Claustrophobia" This one came out half-assed mainly due to the fact that I gave up after the long and annoying process of recording and re-recording. There's the rhythym track, which is a heavy, bar chord'd riff, and it was 'levelled' so that certain dB's (decibels) aren't heard. The second track is the bass track, which is made up of singular notes and I tried my best to follow along with the rhythym track, but after 10 re-records and two crashes, I kinda didn't do my best. This was levelled as well, and it was made to be a much bass-y-ier sound than the rhthym track- if you can hear it. The third track is another noise track, made up of sliding notes and wah. See if you can hear it. At this point, after nearly two hours of making this, I'm just tired and annoyed. (The set up is the same as the previous two, except, the bass track was finger-picked. That may be why it came out half-assed.)
